On February 21, 2019, Mr. Hiraoka, President of Toshiba Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Toshiba Lighting Co., Ltd.) visited the NVC Group in Zhuhai and Zhongshan, China. NVC Group announced that it will establish "NVC Lighting Japan Co., Ltd." in Tokyo. Toshiba Lighting officially gives NVC Group a brand license in the Japanese market. NVC will fully assist Toshiba Lighting in its B2C product market in Japan.

The scope of this brand license is Toshiba Lighting's B2C business in the Japanese market, namely home lighting products, including ceiling lamps, bulbs, brackets, lamps and so on.
